6o5 08-09 Kickoff Details
6o5 will be kicking off its 2008-2009 year with the start of the Wiilympics Competition.
Schedule of Events
3:15 - Open Gym (Events include Volleyball, Basketball, Ping Pong, Corn Hole, and more events to come.)
5:00 - Free Dinner
5:30 - Wiilympic Trials (All participants are invited)
6:05 - The First 605 will begin

6o5 is the Weekly Meeting of the Youth Group at Bayou View Baptist Church, for all ages from 6th to 12th grade.

Bayou View Baptist Church is located at 4709 Chamberlain Avenue, Gulfport MS.

The Name:
"605's" name has significance for two reasons.
1) It's the time our weekly meeting starts every Wednesday at Bayou View Baptist Church.
2) Deuteronomy 6:5 "You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might." Jesus quoted this when he was asked which of the commandments was the greatest. He followed this by saying, "You should love your neighbor as yourself."
